Documenting another day at the Stampin' Up! OnStage Raleigh 2025 convention. I used the Meant To Bee Scrapbooking Workshop Guide using #1( BUT changed the DSP to Wildflower Birthday. I also used other colors of CS. All the products used including these are noted below in my Product List with clickable linked images.
(The Smile Daisy that is covering LeeAnn's face is due to my not having asked permission to post her here before making this Blog post)
Base (Secret Sea) is 12" x 12" and my 2nd layer (White Willow) is 12" x 12" cut 11" x 11". Then, center that piece onto the base.
Squares are all 2" x 2" and are placed ⅛" in from left of 2nd layer and ⅛" down from top of 2nd layer. This will also make your squares placed ⅛" in from the right and ⅛" up from the bottom all using the 2nd layer. Each piece is placed ⅛" apart from the next 2" x 2" square.
First, I intended for my "title" to be a bit more left than exactly centered as I knew I wanted to have flowers in the upper right corner.
I cut my title using my Silhouette Cameo with Secret Sea. I also did my journaling using my Silhouette Cameo onto White Willow CS and placed on Secret Sea CS.
Flowers are die cut using Happy Hibiscus dies. They are included with the Happy Hibiscus Hybrid embossing folder which is why you see that in my Product List instead of just the dies. They are not available without the embossing folder.
I decided to use "family & friends" for this photo as we Demonstrators are all part of the Stampin' Up! family. And, these 2 awesome ladies are definitely my "friends". I stamped this with Secret Sea ink using Celebrate Together. The small Hello is stamped with Secret Sea using Meant To Be Bundle.
On to the right page ....
I placed Opal Rounds embellishments in the center of the small die cut flowers and at the bottom right of the left page (above) for fill.
The right page has the same cardstock colors and I opted to only double mat my 2 bottom photos with Secret Sea and Pretty In Pink. More flowers and embellishments from the same collection as noted for the Left page.
I also used my Silhouette Cameo for the photo comments and used Secret Sea for the mat behind White Willow.
If you create this 2 page layout or any from Meant To Bee please reach out to me as I would love to post it for you on my Stampin' Up!® Facebook page as a main post.
Happy creating,
