Using New Products Sneak Peek ...

Sneak peek at a couple more new products that will be available to purchase May 6th! Let's look at Exciting Times Bundle + more.

I needed a birthday card so decided on one of the new In Colors 2026-2028. Hydrangea Hue is so pretty that I went with that one. It will be available to purchase when the new May-Aug 2026 catalog launches May 5th.

I used the current Product of the Month die, Eyelet Blooms. The die can be used for cards & scrapbook pages. If you have not purchased it for $5.00 with a $75.00 qualifying order you may be able to purchase it in the future - while supplies last of course.

With this card I decided to not lift the flower edges so they are laying flat on the white mat. I think this die cut looks really nice either way.

I have not received my order with Hydrangea Hue ⅜" Bordered Ribbon #167549 so I did use ribbon from my stash. It is not as dark as it appears in the photo above.

I did heat emboss Happy Birthday using Hydrangea Hue Classic Stampin' Pad and VersaMark with WOW Clear Embossing Powder.

The Exciting Times Bundle will get a lot of use and I do love that in the bundle it comes with a Punch. There are no dies for this stamp set - just the punch.

On the inside of the card, I used another stamp from Exciting Times.  Also, a small strip from the leftover piece of Hydrangea Hue cardstock I ran through my embossing machine with the April 2026 Product of the Month die, Eyelet Blooms.

Thank you card with April Product of the Month ...

Speaking of a beautiful Die, we have to say we love the April 2026 Product of the Month, Eyelet Blooms #167984!

For $5.00 you can add this Die to your qualifying order of $75 (USD) before tax, discounts & shipping.

The petals of the flowers can lay flat or you can lift them slightly for somewhat of a 3-D effect. That shows in the lower image of my photo below.

Some people like to use a fabric softener sheet when running the die through their die cut/embossing machine. I did not use one for this card but did run the "sandwich" through and then back again. The little bits did pop out and 99% of them stuck to the die. So, if you do not have the Take Your Pick Die Brush Tip #149655 consider adding it to your next order. I have an older die brush so I do not have the Stampin' Up! die brush however I am told it works great with the Take Your Pick #144107 system.

Back to using a dryer sheet! If you do this method the little bits for the most part stick to the dryer sheet so a little less clean up :) Make your sandwich as you normally would but place the dryer sheet between the die & your cardstock.

I did fussy cut the flower in vase from a new collection of DSP that will be available May 6th & is from the new May-Aug 2026 catalog. I will add a photo of that package of DSP, Artisan Sketches #167752.

This package of DSP is so pretty and versatile. I see many quiet moments of coloring with watercolor pencils & Stampin' Blends!

Heirloom Boutique ...

I wanted to use the #1 two page layout of this Scrapbooking Workshop for my most recent vacay to EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival this past March. 

I did cut DSP & Cardstock according to the included guide but changed it up with different embellishments, stamp sets & die cuts.

I also embossed the Hydrangea Hue cardstock with Sunflower 3D embossing folder & 1st sprayed a mist of water on both sides of the cardstock before running through my Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. 

All edges of the DSP & cut cardstock are inked with Hydrangea Hue & Peaceful Pine Classic Stampin' Ink Pads. These are in the new Magnetic cases.

I used my stamps & dies a lot from Capturing Smiles. You can be quite creative with this set. Check out my large camera on the right page! Say cheese!!

I have found this workshop to be a quick one by completely following the guide but again, change it up & make it yours. If you decide to get this Workshop or any of the products, I would love to see what you create or your version of the pages. And, I would love to post them on my Facebook page, CreatingWithTina!

Shopping Last Chance Products Wisely ...

We all love to shop sales and save some money. So, when you are shopping Last Chance products please be sure to see if the Bundle you may be wanting has the Stamp Set & Dies individually. 

Most of the time Stampin' Up!™ will have the Bundle items on sale if you purchase them individually.  But, if you select the Bundle you will be paying the regular price as they rarely mark down Bundles. You may want a pack of DSP that you see in a Suite so be sure to see if you can purchase the DSP individually also. It just might be there.
