Since we have lived in North Carolina hubby decided to come along and we drove to make a mini vacation out of this. We left early and visited Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, OH but that is for another post.
This layout is very basic and is one shown in the new 2025-2026 Annual Catalog.
Here are the colors I used for this layout.
I wanted to attempt to match the drink cooler we were taking. I chose a bit on the darker side but felt the colors still worked.
This sketch is in the new Annual 2025-2026 Catalog. My journaling is simply a list of some of the products that were suggested we bring to OnStage for doing Make and Takes as well as for our After Hours paid event if we elected to do that. The "journaling" I have posted is using Stampin' Write Cajun Craze marker. Neither this marker nor any of the Stampin' Write markers are available individually but as color groups. They are also available in the Bundle Collection. You are able to get the Basic Black individually.
I used Very Vanilla for the page base. To save CS you can "gut" the Very Vanilla base as most of it is behind the DSP. If you want to review how to do that find the Label in the right named "Gutted Paper". I do this often as I love saving CS & $$!
I trimmed my DSP from "Secret Garden" which is a CTMH Workshop Bundle that was brought over to Stampin' Up!™ when CTMH closed. This bundle retailed for $108 and as of this post it is in Last Chance at ½ price! $54 and you get everything from CS, DSP, Stickers, Stamps & Dies. Oh, and instructions for creating 3 - 2 page layouts. This is an amazing deal and I would love for you to check it out online.
I used Mini Corrugated embossing folder for my photo mats and inked edges with Night of Navy. I also inked edges of journaling cards.
I stamped Happy Happy Happy and a small background stamp using my stampin platform with Versamark and then Night of Navy inks. Edged with Night of Navy and dovetailed.
As always, if you give this layout a go please post on my Facebook page (Creating with Tina) OR email/DM me with your picture and description you would like and I will post it as a main post.
Happy creating,
